1. What Does Each Day in Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Look Like?
The standard set that Ben teaches that I have found very effective is the 4 sets / 8 reps exercise, with the last set of the exercise as the Neurological Overload Set, or NOS as he commonly refers to in his guide. For each workout, you will be working a total number of exercises ranging from six to nine, all of which are weight exercises. The NOS sets are designed specifically for when the muscles are most primed for it, and it is going to place a significant overload on those muscles that you work with it.

The key that I have found most important in making the workout work is to follow all the instructions, not just the number of sets and reps, but also the speed and intention as indicated by Ben. Using these tips, I have found myself overloading my muscles much more than before when I was weight training on my own.
